Making Every Project a Success!
Please join us at Campus Lisa on June 27th for BECoP’s presentation - Making Every Project a Success!

A day-long (and free) conference focused on IT, Campus LISA is an annual event that brings together the campus technical community. Attend all, or as much of the conference as you’d like, but don’t miss the BECoP presentation.

Whether you're a business analyst, a programmer, or systems admin, it's imperative to understand that it takes all types of skills and expertise to effectively plan, execute and deliver an outstanding solution – no one can do it alone. The Business Excellence Community of Practice (BECoP) is a consortium of practitioners in the areas of Organizational Change Management, Continuous Improvement based on Lean Six Sigma, and Project Management. These professionals share interests as change agents, business improvement practitioners, project managers and strategists to foster operational excellence. Come learn how you can ensure project success by layering key concepts during the project lifecycle. Bonus content includes a glimpse into Process Palooza and the Lean Bench, programs that are supported by BECoP.

In addition to the BECoP session “Make every project a success” at 1:30pm, there are a few other sessions that you may want to catch:

  • 10:15am – 11:05am: “This is going to hurt. How creating a culture of feedback through radical candor can drive results collaboratively” by Ahren Crickard
  • 3:00 pm – 3:50pm: “How to get out of your own way. Get better at facilitating your own career success.” by Allison Flick and Jessica Hilt
